Any additional free support once the program is set up and running, you can contact Robotill directly at support@robotill.com. 

We at Rams Consulting (PTY) Ltd will charge you for any additional support if you consult through us directly after the initial installation and setup of your Robotill software is completed and signed off. See price list below for a detailed breakdown of our robotill license and support costing.

Support Terms and conditions

Email, remote and hardware support

We do remote (connect remotely) preferrably via anydesk and hardware support. You can also purchase hardware on our website and recieve free hardware support during installation. Our email support usually have a good turn around time, but can sometimes take up to 24 hours. Hardware support does not include windows errors and issues. See minumum requirements for Robotil to run effeciently here

Remote Support

You will be required to download and install Anydesk. A fast and reliable internet connection is required for us to do remote support. Someone needs to be at the computer fulltime when we connect to accept the connection.  Only use the computer(no emails) to reply to a question while the remote session is underway. Once done we will notify you and abort the Anydesk connection.
